The hotel is perfectly located, just a quick five-minute walk to the main bus station and Fira center. The room came with a lovely balcony, providing a beautiful view, and I appreciated the daily cleaning services and fresh linens. Staff were welcoming and attentive, contributing to a relaxed atmosphere. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of sunbeds available. However, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, the reception area felt outdated and could use a refresh to match the improved facilities elsewhere.

our stay at anessis aparthotel was fantastic! the location is super close to the bus station, making it easy to explore. the daily cleaning was impeccable, thanks to the wonderful cleaning staff. we loved how kind and welcoming the owners were. they truly made us feel at home, just like family.

the busy road nearby can be a bit noisy. the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking! ! the staff were super friendly and always helpful. the swimming pool was great for cooling down during the hot days.

Our stay was lovely with stunning sunrise views from the balcony. We took a nearby boat tour that was a highlight for the kids, and our room had everything we needed for comfort. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring Fira.

The room had a well-equipped kitchenette, which made our stay comfortable. I truly enjoyed the stunning sea view from the balcony during sunset. The pool area was exceptional, featuring ample sun beds with perfect water temperature.

The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent at times.

The kitchenette was a sweet surprise, and the view of the water was stunning. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace between the rooms! Dimitri’s help with the supermarket run made our stay so much easier.
